Upgrading DevTest to: Registry error: Cannot load DevTest version from Database

Issue/Introduction

Upgrading the server to 10.x, the installation works well on Derby.

However when moving to an external database MS SQL, the Registry service is getting terminated instantly with the error on registry log 'Cannot load DevTest version from Database'

Environment

All supported DevTest releases.

Cause

DBA had created DevTest Registry database by copying the schema from earlier DevTest version.

Resolution

The DBA re-created the DevTest Registry database and ran the DDL which resolved this issue.
