In Service Point, is it possible to search ticket by ticket number?
This question arises when under "My Tickets" there are many tickets and not easy to see certain ticket in the long list.

Currently there is no search option for Service Point to search certain ticket by its number. However, an end user can see his/her tickets in My Tickets according to their creation date--the most current tickets will show first before old tickets. In other words, ticket display is sorted according to ticket creation date, with the newest one at the top. And this arrangement can help quickly locate certain ticket if its number is known.
