Sub-administrators are experiencing difficulties locating user accounts within Rally, potentially due to accidental account deletions

Subscription merges/Workspace moves/Accident deletion due to duplicate accounts or User conflicts
Missing User accounts can occur when there is a "subscription Move/Workspace move" activity or If a subscription admin changed the User name from [email protected] to [email protected].
The Rally application never recommends sub-admins to delete user accounts from Rally subscriptions. Instead of deleting a user, please disable the user.
*Deleting a user action is permanent and cannot be retrieved.
