NSN581 and NSN585 at SSI startup after migration to 12.2

Issue/Introduction

Upgraded NetMaster to 12.2 on several LPARs. In some of them,  the following error messages are returned when NetMaster SSI is started:

NSN581 SNANMI SUBTASK INIT FAILED, RC: R15=00000000 CODE: 12 SUBCODE: 0
NSN585 CONNECTION TO VTAM SNAMGMT SERVER TERMINATED, RETCODE: 0000006F RSNCODE: 00000000

Cause

The problem is usually an incorrect setup of the SNA Network Management Interface (SNANMI).
