Issue/Introduction

After bootstrap of the S550 appliance the cli is available but the web console will not come up.

Environment

Appliance: S550

EDR 4.6.5

Cause

The nginx.crt does not exist.

Resolution

Please contact support for further assistance.

or Re-bootstrap for work around.

Additional Information

This could have been caused by a premature reboot during bootstrap or Disconnecting of power from appliance.
