Issue/Introduction

Performance issue seen in Windows 2008 servers with the SISIPSFileFilter.sys driver on the Data Center Security Server agent.

More memory is being allocated than being freed by the system file. This behavior will continue until memory is depleted and the system can go unresponsive.

DCS agent 6.9.0

Cause

Memory leak in SISIPSFileFilter.sys driver (SY29 PROCESS_PATH_TAG)

Resolution

Upgrade agent to 6.9.0.326 or 6.9.1.513
