Importing Transport Cases for SAP Manager into the SAP System fails with RC (return code) 8
Check message in 'Generation of the transported programs'
Program <program_name>: Syntax error in line 000000
The program <program_name> is not Unicoded-compatibl,according to its program attributes.

Cause
Wrong transport case used.
Resolution
In Unicode System you only need to import the Unicode Transport cases 999542 ( for SAP 7.40 - 900038 )
999515 is for ASCII
