14.3 RU2 Manager shows IPS definitions as "Not Available" for 14.3 MP1 Mac clients.

Issue/Introduction

Since upgrading the Endpoint Protection Manger (SEPM) to 14.3 RU2, 14.3 MP1 Mac clients show IPS definitions as "Not Available" under client properties or under Protection Technologies view on the clients page. However, the clients actually do have updated IPS definitions.  This issue starts after upgrading the manager and does not affect 14.3 RU2 Mac clients. 

 

Resolution

This issue is currently being investigated.  This document will be updated when a solution is available.
