View - SAR Panel not working as expected.

Issue/Introduction

We upgraded View from r12.1 to r14.0, and the SAR panel is not getting invoked.

We get the following messages:

 CSV003I REQUESTED MODULE EE0DBP   NOT FOUND                   
 CSV028I ABEND806-04  JOBNAME=SYPG073   STEPNAME=$$TSL000      

As part of the upgrade, we ran the SARDBASE VERSION 14.0 job, ran SARDBASE OLOAD, and ran SARDBASE BLOAD. 

The SARSTC started task looks good, but the panels are not getting invoked.

Resolution

The case involved the Deliver RMOGAM module. 
An old version of RMOGAM was found in a linklist library. 
The client resolved the issue by renaming the RMOGAM module.

The r14.0 version of RMOGAM attempts to load EE0DBP. 
The client's Deliver loadlib did not contain any EE0* (EBC common component) modules. 
The problem XMS task could not locate this module resulting in a S806-04 abend. 

Accordingly, the library with the EE0* modules must be made available to the XMS task.
