Masking with FDM FORMATENCRYPT1 function fails when using masking option "FORMATENCRYPT1DELIMITER=SPACE -"

Issue/Introduction

We ran a test case recently for which the masking job failed when using the masking option "FORMATENCRYPT1DELIMITER=SPACE -"

If we remove this masking option the masking job succeeds.

Tried changing the order of the delimiters and it did not make a difference.

Environment

Release : 4.9.1

Component : Mainframe

We tested this on version 4.9.179 and version 4.9.196 of FDM
