Assignee field for UIM Alarm not being updated in OI for some alarms

Issue/Introduction

We are assigning UIM incidents to different users as per our policy in UIM Operator Console, but this assignee information is not available in OI SaaS for many alarms. Almost 90% of the alarms are not showing this information.

Resolution

OI will not accept the change in troubleShooterName (Owner/Assignee) from source product if the Initial alarm received without troubleShooterName.
If the alarm which comes initially from source product with troubleShooterName, then only OI accepts it. This is working as designed on OI side.

OI DEV team is considering to improve this functionality. It is under consideration and not planned yet.
