error: "LOGGER: Couldn't get my memory - most common problem is shared memory exists but wrong size Not enough space (12)" 

When trying to run pdm commands in CMD

 

Cause

lack of privileges in the Operating System session

Resolution

Increase the privileges of the user logged to the Windows OS session, logout, log into the session and open a new CMD
