Identity Governance: Connector Server manager is not available

Issue/Introduction

After the upgrade from Identity Governance 14.3 CP2 to 14.4, the "Connector Server Manager" is no longer available:

This happens on both the Development and the Production environments of the customer.

 

Environment

Release : 14.x

Component : Identity Governance

Cause

JCS capabilities are disabled

Resolution

1. Navigate to Administration > Settings > Property Settings

2. Filter keys for 'jcs'

3. Ensure jcs.ui.enabled is set to true

4. Ensure jcs.ui.password contains the correct JCS Admin password
