Clarity Channels Returning Error

Issue/Introduction

I am trying to create a channel to link to PowerBi and I am receiving an error no matter what URL I try. I have also had our consultants test the error without going through my companies VPN and they receive the error as well so it is not something on my companies firewall.

Resolution

Go into Microsoft PowerBi to get the URL link that will embed a report in a secure portal or website.

1) Once you are viewing the PowerBi report in the web browser, you go to File, and then Embed report, then you get the option of “Website or Portal”.

2) Give this URL in your Clarity Channel.
