DLP Agent Event dates do not report consistently in the Enforce console

Issue/Introduction

Agent events are purged every 7 days from the Enforce console by default. However some agent events may have been retained with much older dates or in some cases future dates, depending on how the data is filtered.

Cause

This was a known issue in agent versions prior to 15.8 which could occasionally send erroneous dates which would then accumulate.

Resolution

This should now be resolved at source (agent) with endpoint agent 15.8 and greater. Customer's wishing to clean up any legacy erroneous dates from the DB should contact support for a script. Note however that there is no functional impact for these dates being present.
