zEvent probe alarms do not have an "origin" associated on the events

Issue/Introduction

The zEvent probe alarms do not contain the UIM ORIGIN on the events.  The alarms may also have the wrong origin assigned if previously configured.

Cause

zEvent probe intended behavior

Resolution

• Using an eventrule.xml file for the ems probe to process these and allows the bus user to view the zEvent alarms.
• Similar work arounds could be accomplished by using alarm_enrichment or NAS AO rule to create a new_alarm.
