Issue/Introduction

Threat Explorer Advanced offering allows up to 75 simultaneous users; as an administrator to add a new user please follow below instructions

 

 

Resolution

1) Log into the portal "https://threatexplorer.symantec.com"

2) Fill out the "Add User" form and click on "Add User" button:

The new user will receive an email with instructions and URL where to set new credentials and gain access to Symantec Threat Explorer portal.
