DLP Server hotfix 15.8.00102.1006 not reporting in console

Issue/Introduction

After applying hotfix 15.8.00102.1006 to the Enforce console and detection servers, they still report as 15.8.00100.01075

Environment

Found in DLP 15.8 MP1 but will happen with any version.

Cause

The version shown in System Overview is the version of the base build 15.8 MP1 in that case. It does not track nor integrate with the hotfixes packages that have their own build version for identification purposes.

Resolution

You can look in add and remove programs to verify that the hotfix is installed.
