Resolution

You can list-up built-in x-exeption-id list by command line.

Blue Coat SG-VA Series>enable
Enable Password:
Blue Coat SG-VA Series#configure terminal
Enter configuration commands, one per line.  End with CTRL-Z.
Blue Coat SG-VA Series#(config)exceptions
Blue Coat SG-VA Series#(config exceptions)edit ?
<exception-id> OR user-defined.<exception-id>

Built-in:

Unfortunately there is no official document for x-exception-id.
But you can confirm detail info by below steps.

1. Move to GUI>Configuration>Policy>Exceptions
    and then select the "Exceptions Configuration" from View Exception pull down menu.
2. Select exception-id you want to sample is below.
