Issue/Introduction

PAM Agent service fails with error:

Windows could not start the CA Process Automation Agent on Local Computer.
For more information, review the System Event Log.

We could see below messages in c2ow.log file:
--> Wrapper Started as Service
Java Service Wrapper Standard Edition 32-bit 3.5.41

Environment

Release : 4.3.05

Component : ITPAM

Cause

The c2oagtsvcw.conf file has below:
wrapper.java.library.path.1=wrapper_32

Resolution

1. Modify the value to "wrapper_64" for "wrapper.java.library.path.1" in c2oagtsvcw.conf file (Program Files\CA\PAM Agent\PAMAgent)
2. Now the Agent service should start successfully.
