CA Service Operations Insight (SOI)

Issue/Introduction

Customer is trying to integrate SOI with third party product.

He is creating SQL queries to pull data from the AlertHistory table but the values in the colunmname use numeric values to represent the actual column name in the Alerts tab.

 

Customer is requesting all possible numeric values and their actual column names.

 

Example:

The column value for the attribute5 is 76549

The column value for Ticket is 73762
