Under Administration, Studio: Objects, Other Work, Attributes, 'Manager', the default of current user was reset to a specifically named user using the browse feature. Now, we would like to change it back, but require instructions on how to switch the lookup from Browse Project Manager back to the default "Current User". Under the value of "Current User" it originally stated that "This value is derived from a macro, it is not fixed".
We would like the ability to switch back and forth between current user and specified user as we have a large amount of "other work" to create under various managers to create. It would make the data entry simpler if we could just set the default to a certain manager and then when we have created all their "Other Work, we could switch it back to current user. (Less manual data entry and therefore, it would speed up the work).
