Issue/Introduction

How to configure the number of incorrect login attempts before the user account is locked using EEM internal store

Environment

Release : CA Service Desk - All supported versions.

Component : SDM - Authentication/LDAP/AD/EEM

Resolution

This setting is located under Configure > EEM Server > Password Policies

The setting is named "Lock user account after X failed logins

This option won't appear if EEM is connected to an external LDAP Directory.
