To sign up for Proactive Notices;
Customers need to sign in and go into the "Symantec Enterprise Security" section of the portal (or any page that offers them the "My Tools" pull down at the top of the screen).
- The customer selects "My Tools" --> "Subscription", as follows:
- From here, the customer can sign up for alerts by clicking on the four checkboxes signifying "Critical Alerts", "Advisory", "Product Update", and "Security Advisory" in the row next to the product of their choice:
- Click on "Submit" at the bottom
