Rally error when accessing the Reports page

Issue/Introduction

When I try to access any report in Rally with Chrome, I get this error,

     This page has been blocked by an extension

 

Cause

Google browser extensions were blocking the Reports page.

Resolution

The user disabled the Google plugins and the page loaded and was able to run the reports.   You can also access the Reports page in Incognito mode.
