Issue/Introduction

How to configure NCM to connect and capture device configurations through SDC connectors. 

Cause

Pre-requisite is to have SDM and SDC already configured and tested working. 

As long as all proper Perl modules are installed, NCM is able to capture device configurations through SDM --> SDC connections.
