Issue/Introduction

Our Wily system become unresponsive and we had to restart the services. It looks like the Java heap size had reached maximum at the time of the issues.  There was no Java dump created. I have attached logs to the case.

Resolution

Sent tuning parameters to customer, increase heap, transport outgoing messages setting and setting the 2 properties below.
