Issue/Introduction

Attached is a screenshot of an application which only has SOAP Faults per Interval metrics for few Webservices. We would also like to have Average Response times and Responses per Interval etc metrics that are normally reported

Is there any clamping set on these metrics?

Resolution

The tracer that reports the SOAP FPI metric is not governed by the same clamp that restricts the normal blame metrics for webservices. So it will continue to report metrics against namespaces that are already clamped for the blame metrics. In the short term you can try increasing the value for the property introscope.agent.webservicesnamespacegroup.clamp to prevent the separation of metrics - the practicality of this will of course depend on the number of namespaces that you have per agent.
 
A defect exists for the underlying issue to be addressed in the future
