Issue/Introduction

Is Service Desk 17.2 and EEM 12.5/12.6 compatible with Red Hat Directory Server version 11.

Resolution

EEM supports LDAP v3 Protocol. If Red Hat Directory Server version 11 runs on LDAP v3 protocol then one should be able to configure the EEM LDAP Attribute Mapping.
