Cannot create or edit shared schedules

It is not possible to create new or edit existing (custom) Shared Schedules.  This seems to be broken since we upgraded last.  The Shared Schedules show a red exclamation point next to each schedule.  The Shared Schedules are also not being created in Windows Task Scheduler as they should be.

Please do the following to resolve this issue:

  • Open Core Settings (NS Console > Settings > Notification Server > Core Settings)
  • Search for  "ScheduleManagerInterop".  If it’s there, set it to 1.  If this option is missing, please create it
  • Restart the Altiris Services service
  • Test the Shared Schedules
