Issue/Introduction
The SMP/E APPLY of NetMaster 12.2 PTF SO13780 because DDDEF CC2DXML is not defined:
GIM54502E ** ALLOCATION FAILED FOR CC2DXML BECAUSE THERE IS NO DD STATEMENT IN THE JCL AND NO DDDEF ENTRY IN TARGET ZONE CAIT81.
GIM28307E ** ALLOCATION FAILED FOR CC2DXML, WHICH IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO PROCESS ELEMENT CC2DZWC1 IN SYSMOD SO13780.
GIM22601I APPLY PROCESSING FAILED FOR SYSMOD SO13780.

Cause
The problem only occurs if NetMaster 12.2 was installed via Chorus Software Management (CSM) as that installation process doesn't allocate the datasets and doesn't create the DDDEFs for AC2DXML and CC2DXML.
Installs done via CC2DJCL generated JCL will have AC2DXML/CC2DXML datasets and DDDEFs.
