"Failed to get context token" error in URC TRC_URC_MANSRV.log

Issue/Introduction

TRC_URC_MANSRV.log has the following error:

|000000|ERROR  | CCFSecAuthent::GetObjectURI : Failed to get context token

What does this error mean? What can we do to stop this error from occurring?

Resolution

The error is nothing to worry about.

This is just part of the handshake protocol between the viewer and host. This error is logged when rcviewer tries to open a RC connection to a RC host.

If the manager cannot handle one of the security authorities returned by the host we see this error in the logs. But that doesn't have any negative impact on the functionality of the product.
