Issue/Introduction

Is there a way to have display fields similar to the History reporting for the SADGEN/LSAR output?

Resolution

The SADGEN data set reporting does not have the same display fields as the HISTFILE report.  Beside LSAR, the only other reporting option (against a SADGEN data set) is to use modeling.

Sample JCL:

 //RUNRPT  EXEC PGM=ESP,PARM='SUBSYS(ESPM)'
 //SYSPRINT DD SYSOUT=*
 //MODEL1   DD SYSOUT=*
 //SYSIN    DD   *
DEFPRINT TEST DDNAME(MODEL1)
 TITLE 1 '%CE(BROADCOM INC.)'
 TITLE 2 '%CE(PRODUCTION CONTROL - SCHEDULING DEPT.)'
 MODEL 'CYB2.TEST.SADGEN' +
   START('11PM TODAY ENDING 11PM TOMORROW')
  MAXINITS 999
  INIT START(1:999) CLASS(A,B,C,D,E,F,K)
MREPORT TEST JR1 -
   FROM('11PM TODAY ENDING 11PM TOMORROW') -
   LONGNAME(18) PREDECESSOR(18) SUCCESSOR(18)
 ENDMODEL
ENDPRINT TEST
