Although I can successfully sign on to the SCRT account for my site using
screenshots from my account do not show any SCRT reports
However, my colleague can successfully receive the reports for the same site id.
Although individual could successfully sign on to the SCRT account, user did not have access to the site.

Broadcom SCRT administrator needed to grant access to the site id for individual user.
This will be automated in the future but for now, support will contact the SCRT team on customer behalf.
Once access granted, User needs to:
