While connecting to one specific server on the load balancer, users are facing a login issue/error:
Username/password invalid or locked error
Check one or more of the folllowing;
1. Review the port number is not blocked.
2. Check the CSA/NSA > Application > Use LDAP = YES
3. If Load Balancer is used, review how many application servers are accessible individually.
If it can be demonstrated that the other nodes can be accessed directly via the server/ip address, therefore the issue is a load balancer configuration.
Open an internal ticket with the network team to have the Load Balancer team review the node inbound /outbound rules
For the interim, shutdown the problem server Clarity app services, so that users can be redirected to the other available nodes
