You have some business compulsion and you want to advance/delay your upgrade or maintenance. How can it be done?

Environment

Broadcom hosted Clarity SaaS environments.

Resolution

There is no option to advance/postpone upgrades or maintenance windows in Broadcom hosted SaaS environments. All upgrades will be done per the schedule without exception. 

If any showstopper issues are encountered due to upgrade, a Severity 1 case can be submitted.
