Issue/Introduction

We have some old connectors which are no longer used in the system and we would like to remove those from Provisioning Manager.

Environment

Release : 14.3, 14.4

Component :

Resolution

You should be able to remove old JCS / CCS connectors using Connector Xpress.
Navigate into Connector Xpress,
Expand Provisioning Servers > Prov Server Hostname > im > CS Configs
Youll see your various connector servers there, right click on the connector(s) and verify the hostname of the JCS/CCS you would like to remove:

Once you have verified the connector server you would like to remove, cancel out of the edit; then Right Click and delete:

Additional Information

Ensure that all endpoint types are updated with the appropriate CS Configs. By removing some you could cause endpoints to not function if the connector previously slated for the endpoint was removed and no other endpoints were selected.
