Antivirus is consuming resources while scanning workload automation agents

Issue/Introduction

Is there any Broadcom documentation regarding deleting directories for antivirus servers (agents).

We saw that the antivirus is consuming resources and consulting the path "C:\Program Files\CA\WA Agent\*" all the time, but we need the documentation to include the rule.

Environment

CA Workload Automation Agents 11.3, 11.4, 11.5, and 12.0

Resolution

Exclude the WA DE agent folder from the file scan (antivirus file scan). For more details please approach the antivirus vendor.
