Services loss in Advance Availability when App server is being recycled

Issue/Introduction

Our ServiceDesk Management is in AA config.  The Background service stopped and caused all other SDM App servers to stop as well.  The app server crashes background server whenever the app server is being recycled or restarted

Environment

Release : 17.3 GA to RU7

Component : SVC DESK UPGRADE

Cause

Concern seems to be whenever one of the constituent App servers are recycled, which causes a loss of the sslump_nxd.exe

Logging reports a loss of the slump process. 

stdlog will show:

01/01 00:00:40.65 SDM-SERVER1 bopauth_nxd            11584 EXIT         bopauth.c              158 Slump died detected

01/01 00:00:40.65 SDM-SERVER1 bpebr_nxd               6780 EXIT         api.c                 1761 Exiting because slump server terminated!

Resolution

This is an issue that should be addressed with the latest RU updates, starting with RU10.
