The Security Analytics software is universal between a central manager or a standalone capture sensor. The only thing that distinguishes between the two is the type of license applied. If there is an inconsistency on the backend and the appliance pulls the wrong license type, you may need to contact technical support to resolve the issue.
Once a Security Analytics appliance has been licensed, the appliance is tied to that license. You cannot enter a different license key or relicense it and choose a different type. One way to get rid of the license is to reinstall the appliance from scratch.
Your best option is to contact technical support and explain the situation so that the licenses can be checked on the backend first.
