This question is raised when Knowledge managers work with MS word documents and would like to have a way to quickly import into Service Desk as knowledge documents.

Unfortunately currently there is no tool to import word document into Service Desk as knowledge documents yet. Please take a look at this community thread

so Broadcom Development can consider adding some tool in the future.
