When the timesheet user navigates to timesheets (MUX) , the MY TIMESHEET page is default to a specific timeperiod, not the current time period
How to troubleshoot this?
Environment
Release : Any Supported Release
Component : CLARITY TIME MANAGEMENT
Resolution
Make sure the user has cleared their browser cache
Try another browser / workstation to narrow down the problem
Ensure they are not using a bookmarked URL
"My Timesheet" page is using the Clarity application server date/time to determine current timesheet. Ensure the servers are the same time/date if the issue is for multiple users
