Trying to download files for an upgrade, and Network analysis shows a request for https://www.solutionsam.com/solutions/pl/symantec_v2.pl.xml.zip and web server responding with HTTP error 429 (too many requests, or Banned).
Our Import Patch Data for Windows fails sometimes and is successful others.
