Issue/Introduction

Service Point does not show updated data from Service Desk after running a pdm_load command

Cause

It's necessary to re-create the indexes to reflect the changes made by pdm_load command

Environment

Release : 17.3

Component : SDM - Service Point

Resolution

1. Run pdm_load command

2. run: pdm_cache_refresh -t <tabla>

3. Run pdm_es_rebuild_index.bat from search server to re-create the indexes and update data in Service Point.
