Agents are not reporting metrics in APM SAAS environment

Issue/Introduction

We are encountering issues where many of our agents are not reporting metrics in the APM SAAS environment. This was working good past many months and now we started to encounter this issue. We find following messages in many agents logs.

[WARN] [IntroscopeAgent.Agent] Enterprise Manager responding too slowly, disconnecting
[WARN] [IntroscopeAgent.ConnectionThread] Failed to connect to the Introscope Enterprise Manager
[WARN] [IntroscopeAgent.ConnectionThread] com.wily.introscope.spec.server.beans.loadbalancing.NoCollectorAvailableException: Error in the application.

 

Environment

Release : SAAS

Component : Introscope

Resolution

DX SAAS team added more resources to the tenant which has stabilized the environment and now majority of the agents are connecting good. Some of the .NET agents that were not connecting, we did recycle IIS and executed application transactions.
