NIM Server Port Configuration is invalid when installing NIM HelpDesk

Issue/Introduction

Customer is getting NIM Server Port Configuration is invalid during the NIM HelpDesk installation.

Environment

Release : 4.2

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager

Resolution

The NIM Server Port Configuration is invalid error is due to CA NIM Server (Tomcat) ports currently in used on the SOI Manager server.

By default, the HTTP Port is set to use 8080.

To resolve this problem, you need to select another port not currently in use.
