CI Name reflecting as Unmanaged CI in SOI Report

Issue/Introduction

We have a Jasper setup integrated with SOI application. We are trying to fetch certain reports. But in that reports, majority of the  hostname/ CI Name is reflecting as unmanaged CI . 

 

Environment

Release : 4.2

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Reports

Resolution

The reason the report show Unmanage CI is because those CIs are not part of a service (Unmanaged CI)

If you need the actual CI Name, you need to add the CIs to a service.
