I'm in the process of upgrading my TDM Web Portal to version 4.9.345 from Broadcom support. The file was extracted and installed on one of the servers.
However, when I tried to install(upgrade) it on one of the test servers (after restarting the server, after installing (upgrading) both GTDatamaker and GTSubset), the CA Test Data Manager services were now shown as 'existing' and the installer hangs on this screen:
We are missing the CA Test Data Manager Portal service, the OrientDB service, and the %AppDaat%\CA\CA Test Datat Manager Portal files. It appears some files and services were deleted from the system, leaving the application installation in an odd state.

If this server is a VM, did you take a snapshot prior to the upgrade attempt? If so, I recommend restoring the snapshot, and we can try running the upgrade again.
