Issue/Introduction

All bar one cluster node of a Process Automation is failing to start, with no error.

Environment

Release : 4.3

Component : Process Automation

Resolution

The root cause was an extra line added to c2o\bin\c2osvcw.conf at the end, which was to introduce a 3rd party jar file that originated from an external monitoring app

Once we commented this out, PAM would start. 

Additional Information

Broadcom does not certify any particular monitoring products for use with our applications.  If an incompatibility arises, the only thing that will be asked is to remove the attempted inclusion
