If you change the IP address of an Encryption Management Server cluster member it may cause replication to stop working.
Symantec Encryption Management Server 10.5 and above.
You can confirm that there is an issue by connecting to the cluster members with ssh and running the following read-only query:
psql oviddb ovidr -c "SELECT host, clustering_ip FROM cluster_member ORDER BY host"
If the results on some cluster members show the old IP address, please open a case with Broadcom technical support to resolve this.
